Widgets require a valid license to function in production environments. Licenses are provided by our Sales Team.
Note: You can use widgets on localhost without a license for development and testing purposes.
Licensing errors occur when attempting to use widgets, sports, tournaments, or domains that aren't included in your license. When you encounter a licensing error, first verify your license covers the widget, sport, and tournament you're trying to access.
| Code | Error Type | Common Cause |
|---|---|---|
| T | Tournament Not Licensed | Match belongs to unlicensed tournament or sport |
| W | Widget Not Licensed | Widget not included in license package |
| D | Domain Not Licensed | Domain not whitelisted in license |
| P | No Active License | No active license for Client ID |
| L | License Expired/Inaccessible | License expired or endpoint blocked |
| F | Data Not Licensed | Unauthorized data feed access |
T - Tournament Not Licensed
Cause: The match ID you're using belongs to a tournament or sport not included in your license.
Solution: Verify your license covers the tournament and sport for the match you're trying to display. Contact Sales to add tournament coverage to your license.

W - Widget Not Licensed
Cause: You're attempting to load a widget that isn't included in your license package.
Solution: Check which widgets are included in your license. Contact Sales to add additional widgets to your package.

D - Domain Not Licensed
Cause: You're loading widgets on a domain that isn't whitelisted in your license.
Solution: Ensure you're using the correct Client ID and verify the domain is whitelisted. Contact Support to add domains to your license.

P - No Active License
Cause: No active license package exists for your Client ID.
Solution: Verify your license is active and hasn't expired. Contact Sales to activate or renew your license.

L - License Expired or Inaccessible
Cause: Your license has expired, or the browser cannot access the licensing endpoint (often due to network restrictions or ad blockers).
Solution: Check if your license has expired. If not, verify that browser extensions or network security settings aren't blocking access to licensing endpoints.
F - Data Not Licensed
Cause: The data feed returned an unauthorized error, indicating you don't have access to the requested data.
Solution: Verify your license includes the specific data you're requesting. Contact Sales to add data coverage to your license.

If you continue experiencing licensing issues after checking your license coverage:
Ad blockers and strict network security policies can prevent access to licensing endpoints. Try disabling browser extensions temporarily if you suspect this is the issue.
